Alfie is a Border Collie from the market town of Stamford in Lincolnshire.
Stamford is considered as one of the most beautiful towns in England with it’s 17th and 18th century stone buildings. Some older timber-framed houses and five medieval parish churches.
The customer supplied me with the photographs for Alfie’s contemporary portrait and he was painted in gouache watercolour. He was mounted and framed at our gallery framing workshop at Exton in Rutland just a couple of miles from the well known Rutland Water.

Photographing your pet is free of charge for a portrait painting as long as you live within a 15 mile radius from the village of Exton in Rutland. You can either bring your pet to us at Exton or we can come to you for the photo shoot.
There is a travel charge beyond the 15 mile radius.
