Bichon Frisé Pet Portrait Painting from Lymington in Hampshire.

Hi Penny,
Thank you for the first proof of Penny Lane, my Husband and I absolutely love it. We both said together “that’s our Penny Lane” you’ve captured her beautifully. Thank you so much, we certainly don’t need any alterations and look forward to hearing from you again soon.
Best wishes
Carol.

Bichon Frisé Dog Portrait.

The Bichon Frisé is sometimes depicted as a French dog. The Bichon Frise breed of dog are originally Spanish, used as sailing dogs, and also as herding dogs. The French developed them into a lap dog variety. The Bichon Frise type arose from the water dogs and is descended from the poodle dogs.

Penny Lane is from Pilley a small village in the parish of Boldre in the New Forest national park in Hampshire. Lymington approximately 2 miles away is a Georgian port town on the west bank of the Lymington river on the Solent. It is set on the coast in the beautiful New Forest National Park between Southampton & Bournemouth. It faces Yarmouth a town port in the west of the Isle of Wight.
